As a result our high schoolers are motivated to graduate and continue their journeys to college to continue being great role models in the San Antonio community. Our middle schoolers benefit from having a peer role model that they can connect with on a personal level.

Love Your City

Our team walks into the deepest corners of the city fighting for transformational relationships, equipping youth to rise up and lead their community towards growth and prosperity. Love Your City Walkthroughs expresses the direct meaning of our mission statement by connecting with the San Antonio community to better understand its wants and needs. We believe that we can grow strong neighborhoods as places that we can send our youth leaders home to flourish.

About Boy With a Ball:

Boy With a Ball is an international not-for-profit organization headquartered in Lawrenceville, GA, working here in Bexar County, across the U.S., in Latin America and in Africa. Our name came from a little boy's discovery that the ball he was clinging to as a security object could be used for so much more. We help people use the lives they hold in their hands to love and transform their cities.

Boy With a Ball mobilizes young people as volunteers to become the superheroes that communities need to help lift hurting youth out of distressed neighborhoods and schools so that they can reach their dreams.
