About the Organization

Lamar Elementary is a public elementary school in SAISD for grades Pre-K through 6th grade in the nearby Mahnke Park neighborhood. Lamar Elementary and Trinity are in an educational partnership. Trinity students participate in field experiences as well as teaching internships in Lamar classrooms.

Volunteer Information

Volunteers will work outside cleaning up garden area, includes raking, spreading mulch, planting. Dress for outdoor work. Sturdy, closed-toe shoes. Work gloves recommended.
